A Note from the Founders

Time for a Paradigm Shift

As the landscape of our world shifts with globalization, advancing technologies, and the rise of digital currencies, traditional models of faith-based work are facing significant challenges.

By championing indigenous solutions and empowering leaders and practitioners through Business as Missions (BAM), BAM International seeks to create strategic impacts that transcend the limitations of traditional engagement and funding models, bringing transformation across different spheres of society and ensuring effective work and sustainability over time.

Strategies and training that served us well in the past season may not hold the same value in another. What works in one season does not necessarily work in another. As the world around us shifts and evolves, it becomes essential for us to embrace change and be open to innovative approaches where God's blessings and revelations can come in new forms. We need to create space to welcome the new wine of fresh insights, and opportunities, aligning ourselves with the unfolding purposes that God has in store for us in this new era.

Business as Mission (BAM) Definition

At BAM International, the concept of Business as Missions encompasses the following core focus:

  • Operating a real business

  • Sustainability

  • Profitability with Kingdom purpose and impact

  • Brings transformation to individuals, communities, and spheres of society

About Us

                                 Founders

The founders of BAM International bring over 50 years of combined experience in business and missions (BAM). They were pioneers in this field at a time when BAM terminology and concepts were still emerging. Their extensive experience includes the establishment and management of several BAM companies, allowing them to cultivate a deep understanding of the practical implications of their work.

Their reputation stems from a strong focus on hands-on BAM practices rather than just theoretical discussions, ensuring their training and consulting are firmly rooted in real-world applications. They have extensive experience and have successfully collaborated with over 250 organizations, encompassing both non-kingdom and kingdom-based companies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), multinational corporations (MNCs), public and private sectors, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and non-profit organizations.

Their unique combination of qualifications and hands-on experience positions them to provide valuable insights, innovative strategies, and effective solutions for BAM. By integrating professional knowledge with practical on-field applications, they can assess challenges and opportunities from multiple angles to ensure relevant and actionable implementations.

                               Coaches

BAM International boasts a dedicated team of coaches committed to mentoring individuals and teams eager to embark on or enhance their BAM strategies. This group consists primarily of seasoned business professionals and practitioners, each possessing impressive credentials and a wealth of experience in their respective fields. However, what truly sets them apart is their deep-seated passion for kingdom work. By leveraging their expertise, these coaches provide invaluable support and guidance, helping others navigate the complexities of BAM strategies and effectively advance their mission-driven objectives.
